Project Management 2010

R 995.00 R 300.00

This is a practical guide for anyone using Microsoft® Project 2010 software.

This manual was written using Windows® 7. If a different operating system is used, some dialog boxes may look different, but the content is the same.

As Microsoft Project 2019 is already on the market we are making this older version of Project Management 2010 available at a very special low price.

Intermediate Project Planning requires the candidate to use project management software to prepare project plans and monitor projects including planning and managing time, costs, tasks, and resources.

After working through this manual you should be able to:

  1. Understand the key concepts relating to managing projects.
  2. Use a project management application to create a new project and maintain an existing project.
  3. Create and schedule tasks and add project constraints and deadlines.
  4. Assign costs and create and assign resources to tasks.
  5. View the critical path, monitor progress and reschedule work.
  6. Prepare and print outputs, including charts and reports.
